Meeting Times

Senior design does not have set meeting times. Instead, each team meets individually with their advisor at a time that works well for the advisor and team.

Teams will present on their progress in week 10 of the fall and winter terms. Presentation times will be scheduled early in each quarter.

Fall Quarter

Weeks 1-9

• Meet with your advisor at normally scheduled time

Week 10

• Wednesday — Recorded Team Presentations Due
• Friday — Peer Evaluation of Team Presentations Due

Winter Quarter

Weeks 1-9

• Meet with your advisor at normally scheduled time

Week 10 (tentatively in-person)

• TBA — Team presentations
• TBA — Team presentations

Spring Quarter

Weeks 1-10

• Meet with your advisor at normally scheduled time

Week 7 (tentative)

• IEEE Student Poster Competition — TBA, Typically an evening in Week 6-8.

Week 11

• Senior Design Show — 10:30am-2:30pm Friday of finals week
